Very bad experience with this app. Suddenly the application log out and asking for credentials. It is showing authentication failed, even after providing the correct details. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. I saw the reviews. So many people faced the same issue from so long time. But the issue hasn't been cleared yet.

Lot of bugs in this app. It doesn't even let me login (says authentication failed, try again) even after multiple attempts. Kind of frustrating when u are trying to check your payslip and the damn app doesn't even let u log in. Disappointing..

Unable to cancel the cab pickup prior 4-5 hours for the scheduled login time during medical emergencies in the TMS tile option. I was able to cancel only the drop time. Please fix this ASAP as i had got Non-adherence messages for pickup multiple times due this issue. Even the sms by sending 'PNR' for cab cancellation won't work.

All who are connected to [24]7.ai and who have the required access from [24]7.ai can use this app for the QR code related needs, and to receive alerts & updates on the go, and take necessary action right from their mobile device.

Non Adherence Notification: Employees will receive Transport Non-Adherence notifications through their Connect App.
Non Adherence Detail: Employees can now access their Non-Adherence data within the Connect app for specific dates or durations
Vacation Integration: Users in Guatemala now have the capability to access and apply for vacations/leave through the self-serve vacation tile.
