Absolutely useless, all it says is device loading please wait, tried with no storage, micro SD cards (different ones) and usb memory, it's not even heavy enough to be a paper weight!

Had the same issue as other reviewers. Testing with Pixel 2 on Android 10. The app was stuck in the "device loading, please wait" screen forever. Googled for the tutorial and found it on hyper zenhub page, but still no luck. Then talked by chat with their support and it turned out to be caused an unsupported microsd card. I suggest others having problems to contact them through zenhub, they do answer fast and are very helpful.

I'm sorry but either the app or the hypercube does not work. It's been plugged in for 48hrs and nothing but a message saying "loading. Please wait. For 2 days. Uninstalled the app, reloaded and so far it's the exact same thing. Also tried contacting Sanho for help and have gotten no response. At least I only wasted $39.00.

It's useful to have physical copy of data backed up every night to a external storage, and be able to use to HyperCube app to also access files stored on external storage with HyperCube!

Currently the phone can't see the device... or vice versa, not clear which yet. Either way it's back to the website for instructions because there are none of any kind included in the box. :(

Just sits at Device Loading screen forever on Android 10 (at least). Completely useless at this point.
