There is no help or trouble shooting of any kind. I followed all the steps exactly and it's showing that my cameras are offline. But I tested the connection and it's fine.

The old version always worked. The new version comes up and says invalid password.i am admin locally but will not let me enter the IP address or the port or anything. Just says enter user name and password. Bring back the old version. New version 2.3.3.31 is just bad

This new version of the app SUCKS! It doesn't work AT All! The last version every so often you would have to Connect on the same network using Wi-Fi but with this newest update you can't connect to your system at all and there is absolutely no online help!

Worked for a while as long as i was connected to the same network. After doing an update, it was uninstalled and will no longer work. Newer version of the app doesnt work with the older security system. DO NOT BUY ZOSI

When I try logging in it keeps telling me CONNECTION FAILED even if I correctly input my User Name and Password. Please bring back the old version of thid APPLICATION. MUCH BETTER.
