Worked fine for a while than stopped. Tried everything,even ran a new cap cable from modem to dvr to no avail. Error message states,"can't see my server" there tech support was no help either. Very disappointed.

Use the app everyday. Was updated last night and now it doesn't show the video. Have the old version on my tablet and works 100%. Please fix!!
