This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HEX Editor - WindHex Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Bad app because of the ad banner not in the right place.. Also the copy paste do not function as well as i want.. I cant copy from the actual file and past to new file

Try opening any androidmanifest.xml file protected by apk protect and nothing loads. It just freezes

I don't understand why you included the "can read" part. Now all the files are red. Android's file management is terrible because it was not meant to be visible to user. I have my favourite file explorer that I am familiar with and I wann use that. I don't wanna deal with the inbuilt file browser. I it does not fully order things alphabetically, and It shows internal storage as external. But your app is absent in the "Open with" dialogue.

A HEX Editor built for hobbyist game translators and everyday people, and definitely not your typical Hex Editor tool. Many features are supported out of the box, but hopefully more to come soon. Created by the same people that brought you WindHex for windows.

Although this was created with game translations in mind, it is surely versatile enough to be used by everyday people. You can view, edit, search, and replace binary data using this App. You can also compare two files to see the differences.
