Awful. Setup looks like a 2 year old has done it. I wanted to be brought through the moves on how to strengthen my ankles ready to be put en Pointe for my ballet and instead I got a big paragraph that could be copied and pasted straight off google of what you could do. At least that what I thought it said but I didn't read it because it was so long, unnecessary and I knew I wouldn't benefit from it anyway. I'm disappointed 😕
