Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ESF#3 Power PRT2 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

The ESF#3 Power PRT APP is used for tracking temporary power missions during disasters and training exercises. The app provides mission data for registered users and also weather and other information for all. The ESF#3 Power app shows the location of critical facilities which have been Tasked for assessment and it shows the current status (Tasking, Assessed, Installed, Not Required, Cancelled). The App includes a screen for Quality Assurance data recording and uploading.

Once a mission has been loaded, some features of the app can be used offline. Map quality will be degraded when working offline. Quality Assurance reports can be saved offline and then will be uploaded when back online again (but remember to open the app).

Generator installation milestones can be tracked by entering dates and times, which are then immediately available for others to see.
