Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Eggpool Monitor on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

IMPORTANT:
Before installing this app, please consider installing our other app "Bismuth Toolbox" (which is also absolutely free and open source) - it has all the functionality of "Eggpool Monitor" and even more. Essentially, the whole Eggpool Monitor app was migrate into one of Bismuth Tools' tabs with more added functionality: 1. You can now monitor unlimited number of miners associated with unlimited number of Bis wallets (as opposed to single wallet monitoring with Eggpool Monitor); 2. You will receive push notification about any problems with your miners (as opposed to periodic connections to Eggpool to fetch the data with Eggpool Monitor), thus saving you data, battery and memory; 3. Monitor not only your miners, but also hypernodes, balances of your wallets, bismuth network stats, etc.

As of Jul-2020 Eggpool Monitor will no longer be maintained, even though it's fully functional and doesn't really require any maintenance :)
