About this app

This is a collection of videos I made so you can use them to inspire new push up styles or remembering and combining movements. The main groups of videos are for: body positioning, hand positions, using legs, different movements and inclines.

It has 49 different videos that contain all of these areas and a randomize button so you could get random videos and attempt to put them together to create a challenging push up. For example, inclined, one armed, one leg, fingertip push up. Another example could be, on your knees, horizontal knuckle push up with shoulder taps in between.

This is not a complete list of movements and excludes a huge amount of aerial push up movements and handstand push ups but does contain things like clapping and pike push ups.

This was made as a personal project and I decided to share it to maybe help others. I won't be updating this app unless I see a problem with it myself or if someone suggests a fairly simple but very helpful idea.

I am not a professional athlete nor do I have any credentials in health and so please note that the form in these videos is not perfect and that there is much more to exercise and health than just push ups. You should always research each movement before trying it and take it slow in your movements. I am not responsible for your actions or safety from the use of this app.
