Disappointing app and product, keeps saying poor internet connection and when checked it is fine, then app will just close by its self.

So far, the app hasn't done anything. I registered an account properly using the number on the back of the device, and then.... nothing. i try to sign in, and all I get is "data processing..." on my screen. Norhing else happens. When I close the app and open it again, all I get is a white screen and am unable to do anytjing with it. Very disappointing for a $200 camera.
