Com esta aplicação o Técnico ou Reparador, sendo ele interno ou externo, tem acesso a sua agenda e todo um conjunto de ferramentas que permitem a constante sincronização do próprio com a entidade para a qual presta serviços.

O aplicativo permite a catalogação do problema identificado pelo condómino , utilizando a georreferência e com apoio em fotografia que pode ser anexada ao pedido de reparação.
O condómino pode consultar o estado dos pedidos de reparação feitos por ele e por outros condóminos nas zonas comuns ou nas zonas a que tem acesso do edifício.
