Will be phenomenal for quick workouts when the custom workouts are available. Right now It's great for just getting a quick full body calisthenic workout in.

Looks fun but the whole "not knowing what exercise the cards will have" costs time and then you have to think about what exactly the exercise is, and how to do it if it's new to you. Kind of discouraging but maybe I'll just choose all cards and go through them all so I know what each exercise is
