Contract administrators will have instant access to this secure data, 24/7 through AEC's integrated cloud-based Web portal, allowing for unprecedented time and money savings.

Builterra is the world’s first app to use Geo-Location and AutoCAD Civil 3D Alignments to capture Name, Station and Offset as well as import inspection data directly from within AutoCAD into Plan or Profile Views from the cloud.

Streamline field inspection
Capture valuable inspection data including weather, Lat/Long, address and unlimited photos with ease. Photos are geo-tagged and can be viewed using Builterra Photo Map. Drag and drop the GPS location of the inspection point based on a Map view of the area to precisely locate your inspection. Markup photos with your finger and caption photos to highlight specific features like deficiencies. Create and caption quick field sketches and colour code inspection data based on Lookup List values set in the field.

Create standardized reports
Builterra replaces handwritten field notebooks and typing in Excel/Word with standardized reports that save countless hours of reporting and overtime and significantly improve report accuracy. Multiple users can contribute to a single report with all inspected values updated in real-time, accessible via the Progress Dashboard. Once daily reports are submitted, weekly quantity reports are automatic.
