When logging in, it only says that no residences is created. Login on the web page works fine. And you still have not added the option to add 3. party tags and just scan a tag directly in the app to add it, as you promised a year ago: You can not add key-tags with letters in the serial number. (They are shown in hex, but the input field in the app only allows decimal numbers, 0-9, not A-F). The app should be allowed to to scan a tag directly if the phone supports NFC

Nothing works whether on the website or on the app

Very basic app. It doesn't let you add a new mobile key or even check your event list. No point keeping it so I'm going to uninstall it. When you say events will be integrated soon, would you tell us how soon please? December 2019 has finished and nothing happened yet!!

Useless app, useless system. Don't buy it. I'm going to change this system as soon as possible. Very bad customer service, they never reply to my emails.
