Main reason i install this app was so that i could pay my bill right from it, guess what? Takes me to the city's website which i was already doing anyways, or better yet, pay it through my bank. So all for all this app it's a waite of memory space in my phone.

It crashes everytime I click on "request city service". This app is horrible considering that is the main reason for having this app. I'm using Samsung S5 with Android 6.0.1.
