No good app, adds no value. keep crashing. it is a computer generated ref number and no feedback or action. you may just aswell phone the service number as you get the same response...none.

this app is basically useless it is such a mission just to get your home add not even the location finder is really accurate best use for it street light complaint as if they actually care bout street light to think i actually worked there

Updated the app what a mistake crash every 30 min previous version worked although they failed to respond to incidents reported in the last 6months
