About this app

Mirror is a continuous feedback app designed to help you unlock your superpowers and reach your full potential. The power of Mirror is the observations that users provide about their coworkers through frictionless swipes. While a single observation doesn’t have much credibility, Mirror collects hundreds and thousands of observations from everyone you work with over time which will provide you with the insight you need in order to learn, take action, and grow at an accelerated pace.

Features offered with Mirror:

* Unlock your Mirror - Give an observation in order to unlock your personal Mirror and see what others are saying about you.

* Give an observation about a coworker - Provide valuable feedback to your coworkers in a safe and frictionless environment empowering them to take action and improve.

* Analyze observations - Access to graphs and visuals showing actionable data based on hundreds and thousands of observations about you.

* Turn on Anonymous Mode - Want to provide feedback to your coworker or boss but don’t want them to know it was you? Turn on anonymous mode to provide anonymous observations to your team.

New features

Great news! From now on you can use your Microsoft Account or AppleID to sign in to the app, as long as you have your organization email bound to it.

Notes:
- this version will require you log in to the app again, we apologize for that inconvenience but it was the only way for us to provide you with new means of sign in,
- we still support GSuite organizations only.

Last but not least - we’ve also made the app a little faster again and fixed some bugs!
