App has decent functionality for managing an ISP owned broadband router. However, does not allow controls such as setting static IPs or DMZs. Also the controls for pausing internet for devices either manually or by schedule flat out don't work.

Can't add devices to users. Try assigning a device to a user, you can't scroll or back out after you select the user. It's just done. You have to force it to close and try again, just to fail. Sucks that my ISP has to pay to use this service. Broken on the end user app. Samsung Note 8 & Moto G Power

This may be simple for a gearhead, but for anyone without knowledge of networks and nomenclature, there is a steep learning curve. In addition, it would be very helpful to have the opportunity to learn the App on a computer rather than trying to read the details on a smartphone, for not everyone enjoys using their phone as a learning device. I prefer to be able to actually see the print in a page format, not need a magnifying glass then scroll through page after page of text on the tiny screen of a phone. I cannot speak to the App's functionality because I just D/L it and am discovering I have to learn all the details before I can even understand how to use it. I can see how having the ability to view, monitor, and control access to our network is an asset, plus the security component could be valuable. I hope to be able to implement it though due to the learning cure, it will be sometime before I feel I even understand it well enough to use it properly.

I'm a tech at a small ISP and we include a Minim router with every installation. Not only does this make it easy for customers to troubleshoot their own network, it actually reduces the amount of issues in the first place. Can't recommend enough.
