Great videos, when they work. I went to cancel my subscription and there is nowhere on the website or app to cancel. I tried to cancel my subscription though the Google play store but it shows that I am not subscribed to Joyn at all. Not sure what is going on. Kinda shady! I guess I will have to dispute charges with my credit card company if any others show up.. I was so hopeful for this to work.

I love this app! It's been a fantastic way to put movement into my otherwise sedintary life. The variety of classes keep it interesting and encourage trying new things. All of the instructors are amazing, motivational, and make following the exercises easy. I have recomended this app to several family and friends and will continue to do so. I especially enjoy Yoga Magic with Anna Chapman. Joyn is helping me make positive changes in my life and I'm extremely excited and greatful I found this app.

Paid for the subscription, need to cancel and can't. There is no where to cancel on your profile page or email. I can't even update my card number. No billing page. This is a very predatory app.

Paid for a subscription and now it's completely free but there is nowhere to cancel the subscription or delete the account. No response from support either. FAQ link leads back to main page. All that seems very predatory.

So, I downloaded this an hour ago and was immediately annoyed by how the app wouldn't let me see what they had for videos. I had to pay for a subscription to even view it, it said my first month was free, but then it charged me immediately. Along with that, there really aren't a lot of videos. I was hoping there would be some indoor walking exercises, as it is winter and -30 where I live. I'm not seeing a lot I like and will keep looking for something else.

Kanoa is absolutely wonderful! Doing these exercises make me feel so strong and confident. I have been having some relatively minor issues with the app itself (the search engine function randomly stopped working for me, for example) but I'm still able to navigate it well enough despite that, and the quality of the classes are such that it doesn't bother me much. Keep up the amazing work!
