Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mikrotik Alerts on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

I had hopes for this app but the scheduled fetching of logs is not happening and I'm not getting any notifications. Semi-useful for manually fetching and filtering logs.

Works as a charm. One small hint - I would appreciate enable/disable button or even timeout switch as the app constantly tries to connect mikrotik devices on foreign networks.

Min frequency period to check device is 30 min? It's to long... Please add 1 or 5 minutes.

About this app

Mikrotik devices are capable of logging various system events and status information. In addition, with multiple device settings, you can enable additional logging with the prefix set by you.
Unfortunately, often we do not monitor this logs on a regular.

Mikrotik Alerts application will help you with this!

The application cyclically gets logs from the Mikrotik devices and analyzes them after their type or content. When the logs contain the information indicated by you, the application will notify you about it.

The application also allows you to monitor the basic parameters of Mikrotik device interfaces and notify you when any of them will be unsuitable as to the value we set.

You can monitor the following interface parameters:
- whether the interface is running
- interface link downs
- CCQ values for Rx and Tx
- Signal strength values for Rx and Tx

The application will also notify you if there is no connection to the Mikrotik device. It also checks the time set on Mikrotik devices.

In the application settings, you can specify the frequency of checking Mikrotik devices, and many other parameters.
