This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Life Strategy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I LOVEd this app at first. So simple, all it did was trigger new to be conscious about who I am and whip I want to be. It does this by 1: having me think about and describe these two things in detail visa the different categories, and second: by seeing reminders for things I want to be conscious of on any kind of schedule; a daily basis for example. But for some reason those notifications have just stored working. It happened right when I changed SIM cards. Not sure how to fix, or if it's with it since ill keep changing SIM cards as I continue to travel through different countries.. 😢

I really appreciate having an app that combines managing tasks with having a broader view of my values and goals. It's been super helpful. My only complaint if that it doesn't allow you to track my goal performance over time. I feel like this would be helpful for building momentum and seeing where I'm falling short.
