Premium Won't work, very unstable. Downloaded free version as instructed. However it never updates, says it is already installed. Never got ANY to use premium features, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Terrible support, but lots of ads. Too costly for poor usage.

LAST UPDATED 2018! Twice now I have paid for the premium app and yet I STILL can not find out even access it! I've even went on their main website which states I have an account but I guess until I find the app (which yes, I installed) I'll not be able to use the product that I have paid for.

Still waiting for a reply to several emails regarding purchased subscription that is NOT working regardless of following the developer instructions displayed on Google Play. **This is clearly not a functioning program upgrade.** I'm requesting a full refund.

Paid at one point before timley subscriptions. Now my payment means nothing still have ads and they switched to monthly or yearly payments. Several Devs have been doing this double money grab.

I have a yearly subscription and it no longer activates. I haven't been able to shoot this trouble so far. Am contacting service a second time. Maybe due to phone change one year ago. Now I cannot even open a basic document or PDF file. One star until paid service is reactivated. Wish me luck

This has for years been my go to word processor, simple and easy to use. But recently on ALL my devices its become unstable, slow and a pain to use. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled with no updates and still useless. Its proving to unstable on my two devices and forcing me to rediscover Microsoft word.
