Yeah.... 🤔. Kind of works 1. Doesn't always record activity. 2. Doesnt capture quick enough. (can walk down the path and enter before it kicks in) could effectively be in and out before I'm notified.. 3. Only captures for 8 seconds. 4. If someone rings, it doesn't record and not much time to answer via the phone. That's if they are still there given the delay.. I'm sure other people have different experiences but there does seem to be similar reviews.

The instructions supplied weren't detailed enough to install correctly, I ended up searching Google and found a document created by Mercury for a similar video/doorbell model which was easier to follow. The only flaw I have is that when the doorbell is pressed, no noise is made by my android phone even though it launches an image of the camera. This is annoying as we don't live on our phones 24/7. The instructions for the similar model imply that the phone should ring, but it doesn't!

When I first installed the app it worked perfectly. Then I pressed exit on my phone by accident and it deleted the app. I have reinstalled the app and now I'm having trouble with it connecting to the doorbell, everytime I press my microphone the camera just stop working. I've tried everything for it to work again, but the camera just keeps cutting out. I don't know what else to do. Pls can you advise.

I would not recommend the app the doorbell itself none of it. I bought two one just stopped working and the other one will not no matter what I do, connect the app to the doorbell. So I'm out the money ( because to much time has went by) and the hours I spent trying desperately to get them to work. I'm with everyone else, spend the money and get a real doorbell with a real app. Because this one sucks BAD!

Not the best, app isn't consistent. Sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't. Also I can't find a way to adjust the time after we've altered the clocks the onscreen time is showing an hour fast. I've emailed the developers using the email address shown on Google play but they haven't even bothered to reply, which in my opinion says volumes about their customer service. My advice is spend a little bit more for a decent video doorbell and app.

Worked a half a day and went to turn down the volume on my phone because it kept picking up everything that flew by the doorbell and next morning I went to check on it and it would never connect ever again. I have uninstalled and getting ready to reinstall please let me know what else I can do about this. It's been too long for me to take it back to Walmart. Hits at here for three months before I could get anybody to put it up
