Just bought this camera and installed the app. Gotta admit its pretty disturbing to see so many low ratings and bad comments and not seeing a reply from UBox about the customers complaints. Update: so I've been using this app and camera for about a week now, gotta say I am not liking the app, it keeps crashing and buffering just when I need it. I get an alert and when i go to view the clip it either misses it or wont open it and buffers. I would use a different app if one is available.

Very infrequent ability to connect. Running 160 mps. I'm literally sitting here looking at it and have not been able to connect for a couple of days to them, even with all of the updates. I was going to install about 50 of these at my farm but will now consider another brand. Plus I've looked at your 5 star postings and about half appear to be copy paste BS.

No option to just take photos in order to zoom in on vehicle registration. Notifications are not being sent despite settings to make sure these are sent. No option to set automatic change over to night lighting setting. This needs to be done manually everyday. Very poor. Not impressed. There needs to be much more work done on this app for application in environments outside city areas where there is no street lighting. Also, I paid for a 180 day subscription but the app deleted video after days.

I'm using it with a cell based solar camera. The app works but needs improvements. 1. A way to download videos from the camera's SD card. 2. a way to get the camera's IP from the cloud/ddns. 3. A good explanation of the bandwidth utilization - start, stop, and overhead. 4. more tuning for motion detection than just high, medium, and low. 5. A way to delete clips from the SD w/o reformat. 6. SD video Thumbnails 7. sshd capability.

Worked brilliant for first couple of months but now doorbell rings up to 8 hours after the person rang it so obviously no one is there, all settings correct and tried uninstalling and resetting but still no luck. Camera is brilliant it's a shame the bell doesn't work. Sometimes it rings through the bell but the notification doesn't come through to my phone and vice versa. The sound quality through the camera side is so quiet but I like how u can change your voice through it

First of all it's a good buy from BigLots for 20.00! Good image quality for what it it. Now improvements well I with there was a back lit Doorbell button and it would be nice if you could add an alexa skill or compatibility for Alexa or Google Home like your outdoor cameras have. Also please fix the sensitivity features. All in all good Doorbell and app with room to improve.
