App freezes up sporadically and it takes forever to load if it loads. The PIR is too sensitive even on the low setting so can't use it otherwise it picks up everything that walks past my house. The video has a 2 second lag and the auto call can take anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes to report to my phone. Then God forbid if I have to change my batteries it takes a few hours before I'm able to see a live video.

This is very poor system. The camera unit will pick up movement but notifications to your phone are hot and miss. They are always delayed. Luckily I bought the chime so at least when they press the bell I know if I'm in when someone is at the door. That's not why I bought it though. On a positive picture quality is pretty good when you do connect. Will be looking for a different product now to replace it. Will just have to wait and see if I can get a refund since it doesn't do what it claims.

An absolute catastrophe! Because there is no password recovery function. I forgot my passport and that is the end of it. Terrible programming too as the app works on one Android phone but not another. The whole approach that these cameras and their associated software take seems overly complicated if not impractical. Pairing does not work and needs to be redone after batt change. I am wasting hours to get this working unlike with cameras from Xiaomi for instance which seem to pair more easily

This doorbell camera is a disappointment. when someone calls to the door to come in or someone leaves the camera will take a video but the delay is 30/40 seconds later and there gone no images on the video , also it will not let me know on my phone if someone presses the bell .If the owner reads this is there a fix. This is the reason for 2*

It doesn't work, it finally joins then drops off, and doesn't auto record.

When the bell is ringing, the app doesn't push a notification or ring, so its useless
