After the latest Android one ui update, the app has stopped launching completely. The feeder's fail rates are too high, i rely on this app a lot to check whether my cats have been fed each meal throughout the day. Please help us to fix it asap. Thx! Unfortunately, the inconsistency notifications did not score a good rating as they are rather confusing. We just lived with it by trial and error.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! There were so many connectivity issues during this set up. You cannot using a gmail account but that is not stated. The verification code taps out. And then it never connected to my wireless even when side by side. There is no troubleshoot as it is a product made in China. The service support was hardly helpful. They started out answering the questions, but provided no support. When the final issue came, 2 days later, not a single response and 2 emails had been sent a day apart.

So the app works fine with my F3-wifi feeder but I am confused to why it says that the feed has failed but I watched the food come out?? When I'm out of town I don't want to be worried my pets aren't getting their food because your app says that it has failed when indeed it hasn't!

Unable to connect since March 7th Central Standard Time. F3 version seems to start to accept reprogramming, but always gives error message operation failed try again later. blue-ringed stops flashing quickly and turns solid, but no connectivity between application and Hardware functions.
