Doesn't work well. My Chihiros ramp always appears offline since I did the setup. Tried to relaunch the application many times but I can't access to my ramp anymore. Both ramp and application are not stable unfortunately :( This is my first Chihiros product and I'm already disappointed sadly cause the ramp's ligh is great but if you can't control it, what's the benefit !? :(

Ridiculous app im not able to connect to my wrgb2 tired of scanning tbh it needs a lots of improvement pls fix it its really annoying

For those whose app can't find the fixture: Go to your phone Settings>Location Settings> Wi-fi and bluetooth scanning > Turn-on Bluetooth Scanning. Also give permissions to the app for location and bluetooth scanning. I took me some time do find that out, but afterwards the app synced with the light in seconds. The app does what it is supposed to do, but could be better.

This app need a fix...coz in auto mode it is not automatically loading during light hour. Earlier it was working but now I am doing it everyday manually. Please fix the automatic timer function. The light is beautiful but the app needs a fix

Worked well for a couple months, now I can no longer connect. EDIT: After I went into Bluetooth settings and forgot a few "paired" devices I was able to connect again!!!!!! Be sure location, wifi, and Bluetooth are on and data is off.

GPS ON Bluetooth ON Only then it works well 😅 The app showed the device is offline and I couldn't use it. until I turned GPS ON only then it showed that my device is online. Also you need GPS ON to locate the device's Bluetooth when setting up the light. Hope this comment helps you out.
