My purpose of purchasing this product was to surveillance my property when I'm not there. This Camera only works when I'm in the property that I'm trying to protect. It works good but I can't go a distance without it losing the connection. That's horrible.

The app is junk. The app will not let me reset the password and I'm locked out of my camera I tried everything removing and putting back the app I've done reset it I've done factory reset and it's still stuck on wrong password

I was very skeptical of this product. So much so, I messaged the manufacturer in China. Viewing a camera in her office and I'm very impressed. I'm on the other side of the world right now using data on my cell with no wifi connection. I'm hearing her talk and type to me on her computer and when I send an instant message it bings on her laptop almost instantly! That means there's almost NO LAG. Video quality is phenominal! Seems to be mostly app instructional issues causing frustrated buyers.

This app is garbage, for android s10 plus anyways. The item itself is too expensive for what it does. It took roughly a hour to finally connect wifi to it. But now it won't connect to my phone. Its says wrong password. I never changed the password and I'm using the one provided. I would not recommend this for anyone.

Sending my camera back to seller for refund this app does not allow me to view security camera from my phone when I leave my home. Loses connection all the time. Worthless.
