This is the best option if your launcher doesn't already provide similar functionality (and just as good or better). My father is not a patient man and he praises this app. It instantly became his primary means of launching anything not present on his home screen.

Man! Which phone in the world doesn't include a search function built-in? Who will ever need these functions on a separate app? Nothing in the description seems useful or at least different from basic Android functionality to make it worth the download, let alone even pay.
