Using BlueStacks

Cheka es una aplicación que mide el nivel de dependencia de uso con el teléfono (smartphone) a través de un contador de desbloqueos durante el día.
Además, permite configurar un objetivo de total diario, para fomentar un menor dependencia y disminuir nuestra atención constante al teléfono.
Permite analizar la tendencia de nuestro comportamiento comparando estadísticas de la semana y comparar cuatro semanas consecutivas. Esta estadística se calcula con el promedio de desbloqueos de la semana comparando el promedio de objetivos que definimos durante esa semana.
