Good but still you could improvise it a lot more so as to make it more effective & user-friendly. I've not used it but with what I've tried it out, i felt that there should be a user login to maintain privacy. Another thing is that you could place an update link within your app itself rather than asking the customer to search for the updates from Google Play Store. Maybe once i use it further, i could come along with more suggestions on it...

Very useful app to make online ppoayment and needed to include some more payment options like Google pay, phone pay or other payment wallets

the app is working something better, but response from the department like snail, i complined 2 times through app & one personaly to change the service line due to avoid dangerous situation to public, but still no response.
