I was wanting to use the camera as a rear veiw for my caravan.While the WiFi Connects ok there is a delay so would not be suitable to connect to reversing lights but ok to use as a rear view while driving. HOWEVER the image quality is very poor. I purchased a camera that was advertised as 1080p but only produces an image of 480p. While I can identify vehicles that are close it is very differcult to distinguish vehicles follwing on the highway.

normal reverse cam turns on when you put a car in reverse gear, what you have on your screen stops & the reverse image takes over. Not with this app, it never turns on when put car in reverse(why the reverse wire then?) If U do put the car in reverse it loosed the image & it will come back when U take it out of reverse? but first U Search & click the app icon on your phone to get the image up. Then you need to exit the app to get it off your screen else it stays their🙏 update to work properly!

Application for camera working very poor. Camera connected according to instruction but working only one time with back gear. When I changed gear to forward and after again used back gear application not started. I must "kill" application and start again !!. Distance range from camera to phone is 5m but I can see lagging !!. Samsung Note 9 in use. Please let me know if you are planning any software update ?

Nice app, there is no way I can flip it around, if I install the camera upside down the image is fine but then there is no adjustment to be made to see the road behind, and a back up camera looking up is not a use. Also the markings could be adjusted to fit the car. If the software allows me to flip the image it will be better. Also kind of slow connecting to the wifi so once I start the car I must wait like 1 minute for the wifi to be stablished and my Android phone to connect to it.

it works only when I turn off the mobile data. sometimes it lags, sometimes it takes too long to start broadcasting the image although the phone is connected to the wifi and the signal is strong. the app sucks, but with patience it does the work. Unfortunately in some situations while driving we don't have enough time for patience.

It works perfectly on my old S5 running android 6 but it does not work perfectly on my S8 running android v9. It remains connected to the WiFi but as soon as you go off the video feed screen (minimise the app, exit the app or even go into the app settings) then when you go back to the video feed it is no longer displaying the video. The wifi symbol changes to red to indicate the phone is no longer connected but it definitely still is. If I close F-Car and then use the "close all open apps" feature, then re-open F-Car and it works again. It's workable but not ideal.
