Stupid app, Why have an app that never works?? It works once in a blue moon, have to delete the app and reinstall it for it to potentially work, never loads, have to go in and out of the app a million times to even SEE if it'll finally load and work, but most of the time it just loads then you'll have to restart it again and again and again. Makes purchasing products that use this app not worth it at all. NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP!!

The app is completely unusable. It got worse over time. Chats resending on their own or sending 3 times or so. Devices not working properly. Notifications for messages stopped. Post verification slowed. And finally, the app became completely unusable today. It would open up, give me lots of notifications for messages, and crash to restart itself, only to do the same thing until it closes itself. I am unable to unbind my devices that are connected as well. There has been no support from the devs.

The app is absolute garbage anything that is connected using it doesn't stay connected via Bluetooth. For example the critical pod, as soon as the unlock is pressed shuts off, not unlocking the device. I wish I could put 0 stars because every product QIUI seems to be garbage with a lot of fake reviews. -Edit I didn't think the app could get worse, but after the latest update, the app is unusable. It will crash/not open. All usernames have been reset to qiui user, and you can't update it.

It worked ok but like was mentioned if someone has control yet the other person can still unlock it kinda defeats the purpose. I just installed the update they just did and now I can get into the app. It says register my phone and then once registered I still can't get into the app. And I do have devices on it that are useless if I can't get in. So far customer service has been no help. The idea was good but to many issues. Will update if it changes but I don't recommend as of now.

I'm glad I didn't purchase the item needed for this app. I was doing my research and wanted to install the app before buying the cage. I went through perfectly. I thought it wasn't too bad but when I went to delete my account the email put in is completely different than the one I originally used. It also required to verify the deletion of said account via a code that could never be sent to me cause of the email problem earlier. I tried to contact customer service and the app would crash. 0/10!!

The app requires FAR more permissions than it should actually need and is always running in the background. The connection to the devices are spotty at best. The related devices won't work without the app but the afforementioned issues make the app seem like malware to me. Sure the interface is fairly clean, but it feels like a facade for everything behind it.
