Great initiative, it can save me lots of time but the app is buggy. When doing a payment, the apps shows me a screen with "The requested URL does not exist". I have tried many time, still same issue.

Update 2-Oct: Today is 2nd time a power outage due to maintenance at Pailles is not reported in app.! Pailles seems to be out of your concern. Update 5-Jul-20: Cannot see my latest bills and on top I cannot download those that I can see. Please send our bills by email, or just provide a Web download page which we can use instead of this app. Update: Cannot download my bills because: Data is not available to download the pdf. Please correct.

Can't pass first registration step.. If you made a mistake on first screen, for example, insert a wrong number, specially a 3 instead of a 8, because i noticed that its very confusing on the bill, you can't change it.. And second step, although all infos are correct, keep popup error message to verify business partner number, nic no. Etc..

I forgot my pincode..i completed the initial steps to get a new pin code. However, in the last step, after having put my new pincode and confirmed it, i got an error msg. I did the same process at least 20 times, still got the error msg. I sent a mail to CEB on 02 May and called on CEB hotline on 06 May, but nothing has been done yet. Further to your reply below, the issue has not yet been resolved..
