It's always funny when their network has hickups and their service hotline goes "Can you do a live check for us using the app?” — No, I can't when your internet is having problems. Even if it works, did you ever try to load the live-check page with Google Maps integration at an average speed of 7.5 KB/s? You should know better.

The app is just fine... But ur network is terrible at the moment. Online games at day? Just with brutal lags. At night in between 1 am and 7 am it's fine again. Too many people are using O2 net and u guys can't handle it, just without some serious lack in Quality of the network. As u can see, money over Quality. I think I'm going to change to the better quality if there is. I just hope they fix it fast. I don't want a new phonenumber...

O2 Network just doesn't work. Many people told me it was bad, but i thought nowadays mobile connection it's a commodity, there's no difference between providers. How bad it could be? It's Edge bad. Really most of the time I have edge and even when I have 4g it's still somehow slow. Stay away. The app is ok but doesn't accept credit card top up. And the workers on the service center are very rude.

Their network is very good But they make me wrong contract, they take excess money from my account monthly, I later went there after 8months of the contract to their branch in my town they said it true it was a mistake, but they did not refund my extra money because I did not come earlier to make a complain and they cannot cancel the contract until 2yrs is complete. Till date I still pay excess money nothing is done about it. So when making contact with 02 try to ask questions alot.

Terrible service, they just auto activate plans for you, they change your service and charge extra you for it. Would not recommended using

I requested the change the contract owner name of my DSL connection to my friend's name.And my friend received a mail successfully the contract has been changed to his name. But after the mail we could not connect to the internet, customer care service is the worst could not contact them,due to this we cannot do home office. It would be nice if someone from O2 atleast try to help in this situation
