I'd hoped that this app would solve my problem, that alarm clock notifications no longer appear on either of my pebble watches. I have a Pixel phone running Android 9. The notice that I've set an alarm does appear (as do notifications from all other apps), but the watch doesn't vibrate when the time comes. Alarmist has not fixed this problem. I would gladly pay for something that did.

Edit: App doesn't work with pebble on Android 8 sans test notification | Works on Android 5.1 although constantly saying it can't detect the stock clock app. The Pebble app is optional and works too (using Rebble on the Pebble Time)

This app might be the greatest reason to own a Pebble! No fumbling in the dark for your phone when your alarm goes off. Unfortunately, it no longer works properly on Android 8.0 Oreo. PLEASE FIX!!! I'd pay for this... Edit: I will change back to five stars as soon as you respond to me. It deserves the attention.

I'm sure it's a good app, but it keeps telling me the stock alarm on my phone wasn't found. Well why not? If it's not, then fine... where do I get the one it wants? Will change review as answer for this or solution becomes evident. :) Phone is Android 7.0, LG K20 Plus.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: AAAARG! That's no good now. The watchapp now just says a newer version of firmware is required. 4.3 is a buggy piece of poo so I'm not upgrading. Please make it backwards compatible with 4.2!!! UPDATE: I have downgraded my Pebble Time Steel to version 4.2 firmware and Alarmist is working perfectly and I'm back in love with it.

Alarmist is fantastic! I love being able to dismiss an alarm from my pebble, and it lets me know an alarm is going off if I left my phone in another room. Great app!

About this app

The stock Android alarm app now works with your Pebble! Snooze, dismiss, set.

This free app integrates your alarms with your watch and an optional free Pebble watch app.

*Snooze and dismiss / cancel phone alarms from your wrist
*Set your normal alarms on your phone: hear the ringtone and feel the watch vibration
*See and dismiss upcoming phone alarms (dismiss only up-to 2 hours before)
*Set recurring alarms from your Pebble smartwatch

After installing, open the app and allow notification access (screenshot 2), which is how this app integrates with the alarm clock.

Sorry but this is not for the Samsung / Motorola / HTC alarm apps. Only for the pure Android clock. I'd much appreciate it if you email / review and tell me if it works for your device.

The Pebble watch app can be found at https://apps.getpebble.com/applications/5684387eb35693ab43000032

Hope you like it.
