this app does not do what it says. I excluded my contacts from the app and it still record every single call and send it to my music file. which I did not know that it was doing that. I thought the exclude list would be excluded when I went into my music folder that was 40 messages eating up my storage space. I wrote them and was contacted by a robot email. will uninstall

I agreed to pay for the app after trial period for $5.99. my trial ended and I was charged $5.99 now when I try to use the app 1 week after payment was successful its saying agree to a monthly subscription for $3.99 or annual for $19.99. So what the heck I already paid and now the rates are different and I cant use the app. I didn't pay $5.99 for nothing. Scams!

I tried to write directly to the company but the "submit" button in the app didn't seem to work. First, I paid $19,.99 on June 27, 2019 for a one year subscription. I updated the app and now I owe an additional $69.99 to get the app to work. Why wasn't that disclosed to me prior to updating the app. Second, It appears that the app will only record in .wav format. Is that correct? Third, when I try to use the share function it transfers some file called "over the horizon". I want to like this app. I need this functionality. If you can address my concerns I will gladly re-rate my review. Thank you.

Didn't work. Seems it dials to some US number and then you have to click to merge the call and then it records... Uhh yeah that's unnecessarily complicated. Would be nice to just automatically record when I call/receive a call... But that's not the issue - this dialing to US thing doesn't work from here in RSA. I'm sure it's gona charge me rediculous rates for international calls if it did work... Thank goodness, I'm deleting. 3 day free trial only? Come on guys...

The same problem as some of the other users, record's my voice and no matter what setting I have it on, makes no difference, extremely annoyed, should it not be sorted soon I will stop referring anyone else too use this service...
