This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Call Manager Lite on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Excellent app fpr the deaf who rely on SMS but keep making accidental (expensive) calls. Would love ability to block all outgoing calls with 1 click.

UI is so ugly.. And it doesnot support schedule, I'd like block unecessary call during 0am to 7am.

About this app

Application enables user to block outgoing and even can restrict incomming from certain numbers. Just add the number to the list, call manager will take care for the rest.This application has been developed for my father Mr. Abhai Srivastava who love playing with app's.
Suggestions are welcome.

Explaining Permissions:

android.permission.CALL_PHONE: To initiate a call with calling card number.

android.permission.READ_CONTACTS: Used while listing and checking before making calls.

android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE & android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS: managing outgoing calls

android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS: To disconnect calls

android.permission.PHONE_STATE: To check for Incoming calls

New features

Manager gets optional as it gives user an option to call via calling card/regular call as soon as he places the call.

App Permissions

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows an application to read the user's call log.
