About this app

The purpose of this application is to provide Tow Truck operators a means of recording the start and end locations of a towing operation. This will allow City of Winnipeg 311 call center staff to locate vehicles that have been towed and pass the information to citizens affected.

The application will only be of interest and utility to a select group of Tow Truck operators within the City of Winnipeg.
