This app is awful. It doesn't have half the options that the website has, and if you have combined mobile and internet you can't view everything on the one app like you can with all other service providers. On top of that, if you have to go from here into the Shaw mobile section, you can't get in without using the seriously irritating two-step verification EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ended up ditching this app and just bookmarking the website.

Online Chat is a joke! The person I had chatted with convinced me I made a great decision using the chat service. WRONG. After signing a new Contract and reviewing terms and services, spending an hour sorting things out..... and after a week of thinking this was legit and waiting for new equipment, I call to find out she had done absolutely nothing and there were zero records of me doing so. Good thing I saved everything. Will be reporting!

fingerprint login still not working. This is what occurs: I quit the app and the next time i attempt logging in , the popup for Biometric login comes up (as expected). However when i touch my fingerprint sensor, it does not log in, but rather the main log in screen appears and i have to enter my username and password again. Appears the app has no record of my previous settings to enable biometric login. This does not occur with any other app i use. I am using a Google Pixel 5, with the latest Android version (11) and the May security update. This has been a recurring issue that have not been fixed for months

I was overwhelmed knowing I had to get new equipment d/t new technology (I'm electronically challenged). But arranging the appt & dealing with the VERY pleasant personable man who installed my equipment made the change SO easy! I LOVE the new PVR systems...I usually have a hard time but this new system is AMAZING! I am partialy deaf & notice a HUGE improvement in CC & my eyesight is bad too but this is easier to see the new CC. thank you all very much for the pleasant service!!

Impossible to use and get service. The chat is so frustrating, after 7 hours I never got an answer! Now months later I have a remote control problem and now 6 hours of trying to get help I still have no solution to pair my remote to the TV. Unreal!!!

Chat for support doesnt load. Been waiting 6+ hours for the "still loading your messages" to go away so i can request help. Force stopped the app, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing helped. Oh, but my bill came in no issue!
