Its OK. What I dont like about the app most: 1) You can't see from the app itself if the lights are on or off. You have to look out window which is not horrible, but if you these are controlling light behind your property you have to go out. 2) You can't access the smart scenes to change them which comes in handy when the times change. This is a really important feature and should be fixed.

If you have TCP lights by Greenwave Reality at home, get this. it's multiple times faster than the TCP app and works with your existing gateway. You can even write NFC tags to use as light switches! Note for all: the company that maintains the access servers is no more. Unless you crack the gateway software and host the server yourself, this app won't help you connect to your lights remotely.

About this app

Light Ops is an alternative way to control your home lights when using the product "Connected by TCP lighting gateway . (http://www.tcpi.com/connected-by-tcp-products).

Light Ops requires a TCP product installation as well as the use of the TCP Lighting app to setup the smart scenes and rooms. You can connect locally via WIFI or to the cloud for remote access. For cloud access, you need to enable remote access in the TCP Lighting app and then use this username and password to connect with Light Ops.

This app can control your lights in a different way than the official app, providing a faster interface and the ability to write NFC tags to trigger light on/off actions or smart scene actions..

Tested with NFC tags from whiztags (NDEF minimum 137 byte tags)

Note: This app is not associated with Connected by TCP Gateway product. The purpose is to provide additional features, such as using NFC to control your lights.
