New features

A maintenance update to fix some of the top bugs and crashes that were reported to me. On fix requires a new permission, it seems to only affect Samsung phones. The Read Phone State seems to also be required along with the Send SMS permission.

Version 1.1.2
- Fixed messages disappearing on screen rotate
- Fixed crash from not being able to get the default sms manager
- Fixed crash on CreateMessage
- Added new permission as a workaround for the default sms manager bug
