I just downloaded this app yesterday, I have been home all day since then, and it is showing me that I made like 20 trips. I have not move from my location. I dont think this app is working.

Update: Support sent me the survey code, which I immediately discovered was in the bloody instructions the whole time. Short version: I'm an idiot. The app works just fine. --------------------------- The app requires a 'survey code' in order to work. Couldn't find any mention of where to get that code anywhere on their website, so I emailed support. They replied with a link to the same website that doesn't have the info. Anybody else have the same problem?

On the third day of using it, the app crashes so many times and I have no idea how it can be re-started. had to uninstall and then reinstall.
