Worked prior to the most recent update but no longer does. Kept asking for an update but provided no option to start it. Eventually, I reinstalled the app and successfully installed the update, but now it simply tells me "the app is not correctly installed" and refuses to let me do anything. Very frustrating

Garbage app nearly turned my phone into a brick. This app is required for access to BC Student Loans. Installation process is not clear about security for the app vs phone. Installed a 1 time PIN for the app, that became my phones lock out code. Had to travel to provider store. They said I had to do a factory reset and since LG isn't in North America anymore, it turned into a nightmare. Eventually found a way to do a total wipe. Started over and spent 6 hours re-installing apps and data.

Says app needs updating before continuing... But there's no update option on Google Play... Please fix. Edit: Ok, the update button finally appeared, and I was able to update the app successfully. Thanks.

I was able to log in the first few times without any problems. I have tried several times lately and can't log into the site , I keep getting put back to sign in page.

I love it!!!!! Such a great app. I did giggle during the video I sent for option 3 verifying identity. I definitely recommend it. So helpful.

just like any government website, this app takes the same clunky non user friendly approach. I mean really, could you not at least make an attempt to make something that doesn't suck!
