the developers need to address a paradoxical problem. when i first connected the weblink unit and started the app - nothing. then i wasted a bunch of time troubleshooting. part of my process involved trying the regular weblink mobile NON rs app. it started up just fine, and ran an update for the unit. i then doubled back to this RS app, and voila! now it starts up and worked as it should. they need to program in the update functionality from the other app into this one otherwise it works

I have tried to use this app about eight times and all I get is a message that reads "NETWORK ERROR". As per suggestion I have deleted the app and rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app to no avail. I have a good cell connection and wifi. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Not really impressed at this time.
