This new app is terrible. It keeps logging me out, and once I am logged in again, I cannot go to the home screen to access maps and road conditions. I click on the the home icon, and the loading circle just keeps going, and going, but never gets me to the home page. Useless. I rely on this normally to get my road reports, but can't anymore.

Patience is the key... App will not load on my LG Velvet 5G.... Actually, it took a reboot and three attempts before it would load. It does load now. Functionality seems okay but does redirect you to a browser session for road reports. Also, I cannot login using my membership number so I have to use the app as a guest. Not optimal and hardly with installing.

Less features than the old app. I opened the old app this morning to check Road reports and was told it no longer works and get the new one. I'm disappointed that there are no road reports and a few other missing features. This app is far more focused on the commercial aspect of advertising their partners. Hopefully this gets updated, however, I don't think the old app should have stopped working prior to having all the features of the new one.

I used this app twice to request road side assistance for my husband (he's the member) and both times someone had to call to confirm the request because it didn't register properly on the system. Then miraculously the requests were canceled. So I'm sitting waiting and no one shows up. So I call and they initiate the process over again. So I just have to wait again - that's hours waiting -luckily I was at home waiting. Really poor service!

App has terrible touch response to any controls in it. Can't even hit save on adding a new vehicle. With how bad the touch response for even scrolling a list of reward options really makes the app extremely frustrating to use. Please fix so app can be used correctly.

Old app said it was no longer valid, installed new app and can't log in says unexpected error. Have uninstalled and installed a number of times no luck totally useless!!!!
