Very convenient! When friends/family tell me to text when I make it home safely I normally forget, but I can set it to send one as soon as they tell me now.

About this app

UPDATE - Due to this being the project of a solo developer with a number of other interests and responsibilities, ArriveAlert is no longer being updated/maintained. With that being said, please feel free to continue using the app to your heart's content ♥.

ArriveAlert will automatically send a text message or email for you when you get somewhere. All you need to do is create an alert once and you're ready to roll. Just turn it on with the push of a button before you leave and ArriveAlert will send your friends or family your custom message when you get there.

ArriveAlert uses geofencing technology to determine when your device enters or exits a location. By using this technology, ArriveAlert allows you to:

✔ Send texts or emails automatically when your device enters or leaves a certain area
✔ Create specific locations where these alerts will be triggered (Home, Work, School, etc.)
✔ Customize the messages you send and who they are sent to
✔ Keep a record of your comings and goings with a detailed alert history

What can I do with ArriveAlert?
• Let someone know you made it home safely
• Let your friend know you're about to be at their house
• Let your spouse know you arrived at work
• Know when your child gets to school

Why ArriveAlert?
- ArriveAlert is smart—Unlike similar apps, it automatically turns your alerts off after they are triggered. Saving you valuable battery life.
- It's completely customizable— send what you want, to who you want, from any location.
- Its clean and responsive UI makes it simple to set up alerts
- Most importantly though, ArriveAlert is free to use!

NOTE: In order to use the email feature you need to have a Gmail account (to send emails from)

You now have access to 5 free alerts and 5 free locations! (Increased from 3 each)
