Vagas divulgadas no Portal de "talentos" extremamente direcionadas com conhecimentos muito específicos e cada "divulgação" pede um formato de currículo diferente do gerado pela ferramenta. Processos seletivos não transparentes e extremamente direcionados,ou seja, iniciativa de fachada e inútil.Esforço inútil para uma ferramenta que não atende ao propósito básico para qual foi construída.Habilidades cadastradas são desatualizadas e divergentes com mercado.
