It fails to open the door sometimes, but it's probably related to my phone's bluetooth hardware capabilities. My friend has an iPhone and the app never fails on him. I think the app could have a more straightforward approach. You have to click the app icon, wait a few seconds for the splash screen to go away, then you click Unlock, wait a little more and the door is unlocked. There could be a shortcut on my home screen so that I just press it and unlock the door without really opening app.
