Horrível. Estão tirando todas as reclamações do app. Fica cada vez pior. Estacionamento irregular saiu, barulho saiu. E agora o APP trava direto. Fazer trabalho direito deve ser difícil.

O aplicativo cada vez fica pior. Não entendo porwur não se pode fazer todo tipo de solicitação pelo aplicativo. Pra reclamar de estacionamento irregular, que deve ser um dos mais solicitados, por exemplo, o app encaminha pro site, uma vez que as opções.maia usadas estão sumindo do menu do app. Péssima gestão de quem desenvolve o app. O que deveria ser um ótimo serviço, é um verdadeiro desserviço porque desestimula o acesso.

Muitos dos serviços é direcionado pro portal. O aplicativo normalmente é pra você não ter que usar o site, YouTube, Facebook, Mercado livre etc são exemplos disso.
